Geoffrey Palmer, TV and film actor, dies at 93

Probably best known here in the UK but a fine actor on screen, stage and tv.

I caught a number of episodes of, " As time goes by. " Judi Dench Was it it as well. Geoffrey had a great dead pan delivery of his lines. I also liked Geoffrey in the Avengers as well.

I knew he'd been in a PoW feature at some time. I thought he'd played the SBO in one of the movies (Senior British Officer) but it turns out he was as "Doc" in the TV Colditz, only appearing in 3 episodes
