Its Late October 1941 of my first ever Twos campaign, and I received a radio message from BdU informing me that Hitler has given orders to starve Britain, unrestricted submarine warfare is in effect and any neutral ship that is sailing >towards< Britain is fair game.

Is this actually true and implemented into the mechanics or is it just a filler message like the rest of the generic ones about blockships and losses and such?

I just have to check this with the forum before I go sinking those juicy neutral liners and lose all my renown.

This is true for TWoS. In that period all darkened ships in British waters are going to be "enemies" regardless of their flags. The exceptions of course will be only Irish ships which will be illuminated, maybe few Portuguese, Spanish ect...In general, you don't want to sink illuminated ships. :yep:
