"Custom" difficulty in campaign?

Hello, is there any way to use custom difficulty in the campaign? I knew how to do so in SH3 but can't find the option in SH4. Basically, I just want to be able to put everything on full realism except for still having the external camera for screenshots.

When in the office before a patrol, look to the radio on the shelf to the left. You can set your options there.

To add to razark's comment, the Options selection on the Main Menu do not apply to the Fleet Boat Campaign; you must make the selections for the latter from the "Radio" in the Office. Hope that helps too. :salute:
