Must be. But went to the Make a Donation button and it maxed out at $25.

Happened to me on a few occasions so only use my mobile if and when I need to for browsing.

My similarly limited mobile Samsung is filling in for my just-dead desktop as of last night, but I just ordered a new one, being shipped today.
