the download got hung up somehow. the reason for the hang-up could be anything.
gonna have to do a re-try, if you have not already.

have jsgme installed in sh4 1.5v TMO mod extracted to mod folder and loaded in jgsme. click sh4 exe to start about 60 % get file not found:data/menu/gui/layout/radio_message not found.dds

clearly, the d/l file is missing something.

are you d/l version 2.5 of TMO? if not, i suggest that version.
