SHIV orders and Helm bar and gauges

Hello. I'm In the process of tweaking things. I'm running (Mods) TMO_2-5, and 1.5_Optical Targeting Correction for TMO 2.5
After installing OTC, nice mod by the way, it changed the Orders bar helm gauges.



I'm trying to get back to what was in the stock TMO without loosing the OTC mod. In the past and before TMO I've used OaksHudGauges Mod to change from the stock green&red but this doesn't seem to work here. Oaks, replaces the Dials_us_imperial.dds and Dials_us_metric.dds in your SHIV\Data\Menu\Gui\Layout folder
which I also tried to do manually with no success. Am I missing some additional files/paths here?

Oakgroove was, from his doc, trying to replicate the gauges found on the U.S.S. Pampanito, a WWII Balao Class submarine.
I really liked that style of gauges,

I could live with the OTC gauges, but it no longer marks the correct crush depth. I'm currently driving a sugar boat with a red line pegged at 450.

I could still live with it, but I'd really like to fix it and get the old style gauges back. (I do like the added realism of the OTC mod).
