OM Dark Waters Installation

I am getting ready to set-up OM Dark Waters and I have a few questions:

Is Fifi's Dark Water collection or does it need the base files for OM? I downloaded these 3:

OpsMonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMv720_Patch5

Do I need to install these mods BEFORE I add in the DW compilation? If someone could get me straightened out on this, it would be appreciated!

The only thing you need is the files that come packaged with the zipped copy of Dark Waters. Those files you grabbed:

OpsMonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMv720_Patch5

were required for the original Operation Monsun.

These are NOT needed for Dark Waters...

and I was wondering if I had missed something.
