Mods to edit Sub speed?

Does anyone know if any mods exist to edit the sub speed surfaced and submerged? I haven't been able to fins anything yet. I've also used the mini-tweaker in the past but can't find it.

if you want to modify your speed, it is easier to use the Special Abilities than to monkey-around with the speed dynamics of boat. Using Specials also eliminates the need to modify each boat because your crew is the modifier. Check this out for more info.

Presume you mean whilst in enemy contact. Otherwise just use time acceleration ??? :doh:
