Hello! Need help, I'm stupid

Hi everyone, just figured I'd introduce myself since I recently joined.

I'm looking to play SH3 with the GWX mod, and have bought the game on Steam. I'm looking for some threads with useful information on how to get the game set up and able to mod, but I'm having trouble navigating the site. I can't actually find any relevant threads! I'm sure they're out there, my dumb brain just can't find them. Any help?
