Recommended mods for SH3?

Hello, I'm new to Silent Hunter 3 and was wondering what were the recommended mods to install?

That's a tough question to answer. There are so many mods available and they don't all play well together... If you poke around in the forums here you will see mod lists posted by players. A good place to look (IMO) is wolfpack345 videos on youtube. They're very well done and he includes his mod list in his comments. That way you could see a mod list "in action" so tto speak. The one thing I would recommend is starting with a shorter list vs a long list. Too many mods can indeed spoil the soup...
