Addon help - Enable the addon in port

Hi.
What does that meaning? "Enable the addon in port"
I have The Wolves of Steel installed.
And when I run JSGME and see, it says Enable the addon in port on TWoS FX_Reduc. Fire and Expl._Incr. Flooding via Zones.

So do I do that from the game it self or just alt tab out of the game and enable the addon with JSGME when I am in port?

Basically it means you should not enable this addon while your character is out on patrol. Same for disabling it. Finish your current patrol, save game in port, exit, then enable addon in JGSME and after launching game again you can continue your career.

Enabling some addons while at out sea might cause bugs.
