VII C41

Im currently struggling to get the long desired type VIIC41 submarine.
Its currently July 1943, I was asked to command a U-Flak which I declined.
But when is the VIIC41 unlocked? Do I need higher Rating (currently 5), can i cheat higher rating?

Edit: In KSD there is the latest mention of "Nominated to the command boat type VIIC" what does that mean? Could it be that due to my late entry in the war 1942 I just now got the rating by which a VIIC would be offered to me?

OK, now disable the "Campaign Start_VIIB_UFlaK" and reload the closet game save to before you are offered the new boat. Accept it and you should get the VIIC41

:hmmm: Strange, lets wait for vdr1981 to come here and clarify this.

Maybe the VIIC41 needs more Rating? Or I need to load a savegame prior to the last patrol. I`m completely clueless.

I would play the game further if I knew I get the VIIC41 eventually but I fear driving my old VIIC without radar etc until 1945.
