The crew' qualification

Good morning All.
I'm playing SH3 GWX 3.0 for a long time ..and I have a question..Some years ago,in this forum or playing a mission in the game..(I do not remember..:wah:) I saw a Picture of the INTERNAL SUB (in the compartments) full of sailors ( matrosenobergefreiter, matrosenhauptgefreiter and matrosenhauptgefreiter)with ALL kind of qualification!! How is this possible to get this? I like the idea to get,when in port, starting a new career,this kind of qualification and also a better renown value for the sailors! In effect the crew of a sub MUST have a special training ,before their first mission. I do not understand the zero renown value (0) in their first mission end also zero qualification. Open with One Note the Basic File CFG.....and change the value of same...?In 11 for all ...? It's possible? What's can be done to change the qualification af some sailors?Many thank to everyone for some solutions!!:Kaleun_Salute:

You can give the crew qualifications in Sh3-Cmdr, in the Crew Managment Section. You can also, promote crew members there (if enough renown), award medals and badges, and also, change their names, e.g., give position titles, like "1.Sw" (1st Sea Watch) ...

Many thank,Kapitan,for the replay. I play the game with the original SH3 disk,plus GWX gold ed. 3.0 downloaded by Ubisoft. My Pc has the old XP sistem with a good Nividia... Where I can get the Cc00....?
