If someone could point me to where I can dl this file, I would appreciate it. I couldn't find it among the downloads on this site although there's a pile to wade through...
Success may result in me being less grumpy. No promises. :hmmm:
Hi and welcome!
In this post, big link just before all pictures: https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=2495737&postcount=1
(You need mod V0.3 and V0.3.1, not the source!)

Thanks for the quick reply! Got them both downloaded. My question is about the 3.1 which is just a text file. I know I can just jsgme the first file in modes folder but I'm not sure what to do with the 3.1.
Thanks again. I'm looking forward to having better access to the TDC!
:salute:
I found the mod works for me without 3.1 activated. You might try it.
Good luck.

Will do after I finish my current patrol. Changes at sea don't work out too well in my experience.

Just for the record, mods I currently have running are:
GWX 3.0
SH3 Commander
and now adding the WideGui and sh3_volumetric_clouds&fog.
Just saying in case any of you know of problems with install order etc. I played SH3 a LOT back in the day and just started up again. I remember mods being fickle mistresses.
It's good to be at sea again!
3.1 is a Fix for ARB. Should be activated via JSGME after 3.0

Whenever I enable the WideGui mod the game errors (SH3 has stopped working) after hitting the start patrol button. The progress bar goes all the way to the right before the error hits.
I am using the Steam version of SH3 and saw a note about applying a H.Sie patch... I have rolled back SH3 commander and I "think" I applied the WideGui patch (a bat file).
I'm just wondering if anyone here has had this problem and can point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance!

I got the mod to load and it seems to be working fine. (Amazing what a reinstall can accomplish!) The problem I an now facing maybe more common--the maps in the gui are not scaling corrctly. St Nazaire is in the middle of land and navigation is--challenging. Anyone see this before?
Thanks!

Since the other post has all the replies I've chosen to close this one. There is no need to start new threads on basically the same subject.
