Don't know what to tell you, I went to the downloads section and downloaded it with no problems.

Can be found here... as well, on the off chance you are NOT able to download it off subsim, directly... for whatever reason.

I did go to the downloads section, SH4 header, Gameplay Mods header & on that page clicked the blue downpoiting arrow and selected goto pg. 9... & it is listed as the 11th one down on that page... so it is NOT terribly difficult to locate here.

I only list that link, again just on the off chance you run into difficulty in downloading it here, that there is a 2nd alternative to do so, as a back up only.. otherwise...

You never know what can suddenly change with computers. AT&T locked me out of my email last week. Glad you got what you needed.
