Dark sonar lines

This old sailor has been landslide for too many years ....Could someone point me in the direction of a good tutorial for a newbie in how to intercept a target when all I have are the dark lines on a map from sonar please

TWOS comes with a 4 bearing method tutorial. You can search for it in the forum and it's all over the place with some good posts explaining it.

The moving 4 bearing method can be improved a bit though, by using the technique from the stationary method twice:
