Play on-line.

My fellow kaleuns,
I spoke to Steam about playing on line, but they told me to get in touch with Ubisoft, Ubisoft said they are no longer running Silent Hunter III.
My question is how do I get a password to play my Steam version of Silent Hunter III?
I am using NYGM.
