The gloves go with whole uniform.
You would also get changed uniforms.
Or you cut and paste them in yours. If you nowhow.

I really like the hands but the skin effect difference hand face can't be fixed.

So gloves are the only way.

I have changed the raincoat gloves too.
Black but with reflexion.

About the 9 crew uniforms:

Starting a new game causes from stock to pick the

Uniform3 and unifordm4.

A good reason to change some crew before patrol 2.

Beginning with 2 patrol the engine uses all 9.

As more you change during game. You will realize 9 different.
That makes it possible if you want to separate all different specializatin. With collors.

You can mix nicely up like you please.

A great reason to not use the commander for crew change.

I wonder why this isn't put in at stock
