Copy the stiebler simact file (date 2016) into gwx gold you will get weather fixed.
The wind direction changes almost every minute.
Calculating more weather info the time accelerator slows really down. Depends on sys I guess...

You need no new campaign, works with savegames.

Yes, it’s working with any megamod, not only GWX.
I use it with LSH3, Ccom, and WAC, but it has some side effects too.
Good thing is you can start patrol with bad weather.
But sometimes weather change way too often. And can change suddenly from 12m/s to zero...even from storm 15m/s to zero. Not really accurate, but have to deal with it.
Lately, i got stuck to 15m/s and heavy fog + rain for week, but with many wind direction and clouds changes. Strange sometimes.
I have readed somewhere in some readme text (probably Stiebler) that you must untick Hsie weather fix for this file to work correctly....

Stiebler's and H.sie's weather fixes are the best available. Personally, I just use the stock envsim.act file; for me it provides the most North Atlantic-type weather storms and all.
