Anti-alising solution for Radeon graphics

you would have to explain what the issue is so we can try to help. I run the game with a RX Vega 56 and don't have any issues.

AMD has a utility now also, don't they, for their ATI cards? Or is it only for the top-of-the-line models?

i just found out you have to check "disable fullscreen optimizations"
under compatibility to get AA to work on some ATI's under win10:ping:

There is a tool called 'RadeonPro' for AMD cards that does a lot of settings.
