Hello! I've recently updated to the Wolves of Steel mod and loving it.
Been tracking down gauges within my sub; I prefer reading them than the UI. (I just found the fuel gauge today LOL)
I am curious about two sets of gauges; I wonder if someone could help me out.
The first I'm curious about is the location of the battery charge gauge - I've located all important gauges except that one. I've looked all over the control room and aft motor compartment but can't find it. If someone could point it out, that would be great.
The other gauges I'm curious about are the ones above and between the dive plane operators; just above the Papenberg gauges. In my sim, they ALWAYS read '200' but what they say is unknown - I'm afraid my read German is more than a little spotty (moreso than my spoken German which is abysmal). Are these simply decoration, or do they convey information (and if so, what?)
Thanks!
OH - one more thing. Do I have any control over my dive planes? I'm perfectly happy to let Josef handle the things; he's the expert but I've wanted to toy with flat dives and other unconventional manoeuvers, for fun. Can I order individual dive plane movement?
Thanks again :)
EDIT: I just figured out the gauges above the Papenberg; they're the electrical motor amperage gauges. Following my dive test (she takes 210 meters relatively comfortably) I started a speed test by ordering flank speed - and those gauges jumped to 300. Good to know.)
