Can't find it on ubisoft store

I've been looking around for 5, I know it's listed on steam but only as part of a bundle, and seems to be missing on the ubisoft store (atleast here in UK). I've seen it as a redeemable code off uplay, but only through third parties like CDkey. Anyone know if I was to grab a code it would actually work?
