TWoS Mission Selection At Sea

I have a question about changing missions while underway that I haven’t found an answer to after searching. I’m using TWoS mega mod. I selected Western Approaches in the bunker. On my map, I see an icon next to Western Approaches mission. Now it’s late March, and I get a radio message informing me of Operation Weserubung and I see the mission listed with the others on the map. Can I just head to Norway and start sinking ships, or do I need to select Weserubung somehow and move the icon away from Western Approaches? Thanks in advance!

By the way, if there’s an answer to this already somewhere here, please let me know how to find it. I’ve been searching for a while with no luck.

Yes you can go to Norway within the date the mission tell's you,you don't
have to select the mission in the bunker.
