Is there a way edit SH3 to refuel from supply ship tankers without having to end the patrol like you do with the Utankers just hit exit patrol then continue again and you are reloaded and refuelled ?

Search for H SIE patch in this forum this patch a lot of features to make your game more realistic.

Yeah I already run that patch but I don't think it has that option from what I can see.

First of all, I want to remind you that mods need to be set between trips when the U-boat is in the base.
! Moreover, it is possible that previous saves will not work.
