Sharkhunters

Has any of you come accross and organization called "Sharkhunters" with the site www.sharkhunters.com ?

If you have, what is your view on them?

I came across them in the 90s. IIR, they got cross ways with the guy who ran uboat.net. I don't know much about them, they seemed like a u-boat captain fan club to me.

I went on one of their “patrols” in 2000 to Daytona Beach. I met Erich Topp, Siegfried Koitschka, and members of Kretschmer’s U-99 crew. I wouldn’t have traded the experience for the world.

They get panned as a far-right extremist group by the SPLC (so of course credible). Absolute garbage. There were American vets and Russian vets, including an admiral, along. They respect history, and that includes honoring the dead on the German side, which is beyond the pale for those accusing it of extremism.
