Bearing in mind that some folks are compelled to return to work sooner than they'd like, for those of you who are able to stay indoors and decide when your Christmas ends, when does it end for you?
In Bollock-Acher Wood We keep the full 12 days (counting from the 25th) and we have another big nut roast on Twelfth Night

Well the lights and decor generally stay up till Epiphany which is traditionally Jan. 6... but may also be the first Sunday following Jan 1; unless of course there's a great amount of holiday cheer left over; in which case, the old Eastern Orthodox Gregorian calendar kicks in...and we go till the 19th!:Kaleun_Cheers:
Ours ends the day after when we have to clean up the mess!!

We go till the 19th of January with regards to holiday decorations.
Work generally commences January 2nd. Most people I know take time off to be with their families. School usually goes back January 2nd as well.
I hope everyone Has a happy and safe New years over the next couple of days and enjoys good fortune in the upcoming year including happiness and good health.

Yep. I am merely a worker bee with no say in this weighty decision. :DWell same here but I prefer to delude myself that: 'behind every great man there is a great woman' :yep:  :dead: :woot: and in my case, the inlaws' nickname for my bride since childhood is ChristmasBBY so I just stay low and do as ordered !!:Kaleun_Salute:
My wife is Spanish, so we keep it until early January for the 3 Kings Day.

Well I am the man of the house and in charge. I decide when the Christmas decorations comes down. It is just a coincidence that my decision is made shortly after SWMBO makes her decision. :D

Feeling the post-Christmas blues a bit now. Maybe I should see how long I can keep blackswan40's Christmas Cracker Joke thread going before somebody locks it?
I'm not a Christmas person
The only Christmas related thing I had last year was a Christmas candle with days on(1 to 24)
i had a little Christmas tree in plastic, with lights and decoration..which I had forgot all about..It was first some days after my mom asked if I had put it up, I remembered I had such a tree.
Some years back I got a brain hemorrhage and bought lots and lots of Christmas decoration and my apartment was filled with this decoration.
In February/March the year after my sister asked me if it wasn't time to take it down.
-No I said it's not so long to Christmas again.
