Destroyer Command Crash

when I play Destroyer command Pacific Mission 2 Oil, it was Crashed and can't Launch it, I Patched 1.01 Patch, so How to resolve this Problem, where can i find the Patch PC02 Oil.SDF, Thank you for Help.
