Uboat Career Starting Base

Evening All.

Anybody know how to edit the starting bases and what are the numbers for the bases so if say you start a brand new career in say 1943 you don't start from St Nazaire instead you would leave from say Kiel if you had a new boat as they didn't build boats in France ?

Flotillas are somewhere inside the data folder,search for flotillas.cfg


The Flotilla Numbers starts with Number 7... inside the en_menu.txt,that file must be inside the Menu Folder.
