error with wos install

hi, ive been trying to get the wolves on steel mod for sh5 to work (for steam).
everything works but whe i run the installer it says error with a planes name behind it, i couldnt find a single fix for this and its annoying, ive also tried numerous new clean sh5 install and new wos installs. do you guys know a fix for this?

You should try to redownload the installer. It may be corrupted...

If that doesnt do any help than use this v2.2.0 installer (http://www.mediafire.com/file/87kc1xtzu9mg31p/The_Wolves_of_Steel_2.2_SH5_Expansion_Pack_v2.2.0_ Full.exe/file) and later apply latest v2.2.0 to v2.2.16 update which you can download here...https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=5035

After you install TWoS v2.2.0, install the update v2.2.16 of course...

now i installed wos and the updates but when i rn it i get an application error and lots of numbers.

i fixed the error issue. the game starts and runs but when i open the main menu there are popups that i cant click away, i can start missions or a campaing but when i start those my game just crashes

yes! that exact thing and when i start a campaing or anyhting it crashes to desktop

Do you still have that corruption showing as in the picture I previously sent to you, or have you fixed it?


If it is still showing go into the main game folder and delete the DLL file as showing in the picture, and then start the game.
