Hi Jim, strange I had 300 messages in and out total of 600, so I deleted around 100 each but was still full so I presume that the maximum has been moved from 300 to 200, that would explain it.:up:

It should say how many you are allowed to have right at the top:
You have xx messages stored, of a total xx allowed.

Have you deleted to a figure below 200 and see if that works?

The point I was making was if the maximum was always 200 how did I get over 250 in both in and out? Weird!! :yep:

If you've donated in the past, that might explain it. My total allowed is 500 atm as 'Ace of the Deep'.
