GWX thinks I have mods already and won't install

Hi All,

I'm a new member here and this is my first post. I just downloaded GWX gold and I'm trying to install it. It says that mods are already detected and it won't install but I don't have any mods. I own SH3 on Steam and just installed it. Is there something else I need to do?

OK. I solved that problem and now it is installed. But there's now an even bigger problem. When I try to launch a new patrol I go to the load screen then it crashes to desktop every single time.
