Torpedoes back to front SH4 V 1.5

Any help please
SH4 V1.5 on win 7
My torpedoes are back to front
FIRE FWD and they go astern
FIRE ASTERN and they go FWD

Happens in SUB SCHOOL and the Game
No wonder I can not hit anything

Target at 050 fwd torpedoes only show green if you highlight the stern
Fwd torpedoes arrows are red and fire astern And vici verci

I have installed SH4 U-boat MISSIONS on a clean HDD and in E:\GamesSH


Any help appreciated

Do you have any mods? Incompatible or outdated mods is usually the cause of something like this. If not, then try a reinstall.
