When logged-in to SubSim, and you go to the Downloads page, do you have an "Add" and "MyFiles" tab on there? :salute:

You'll have to PM one of the Moderators then, or Onkel Neal and get permission for uploading then... I'm not positive, but you probably have to be a member of the SubSim Navy also, but the mod can tell you for certain. You could also use
an account at MediaFire. :salute:
