Amanda Knox, who spent years in an Italian jail for the murder of fellow student Meredith Kercher, a crime she was eventually cleared of, broke in to tears on the stage of the Criminal Justice Festival in Modena on Saturday, talking during a panel called 'Trial by media' on the third day of her visit to Italy.
