Not a big F1 fan but i can remember him as the only driver to win the F1 championsip with both Ferrari and McLaren, also with his great rivalry with James Hunt.

Very competent in his matters, courageous, a straight character with "Ecken und Kanten" - we have far too few of this kind these days. His life commands respect.

This man is a huge personal inspiration to me. I was very sad to hear that he passed. Would have loved to have met him.
