weird bug

recently booted up the game after not playing it for along time. the view keeps going down. character wont stop looking down at his feet. if i go to either map page it goes to the bottom of the map. if i hold down the view button it stops but it continues the second i let go of the mouse

Might depend where your mouse cursor is positioned.

Do you have some kind of joystick or controller connected to your system? Sometimes they will interfere like that with other games. If so, unplug and see if it resolves.
