What a story! If his treachery had not cost several lives it might make an exciting adventure story. As it is he got what he deserved.

Roy Conyers Nesbit is a well-respected aviation historian and author; if they don't make a movie out of this then I can't think of anyone more qualified to turn it into a first rate book

Wow. What an incredible story. This would make a great movie, as you both had said. It should come as no surprise considering what the Supermarine Spitfire and Hawker Hurricane meant to England and what a thorn in the side it was to Germany. I will look for this account at the bookstore.
