Keith Flint 'The Prodigy' dies aged 49

The Prodigy star Keith Flint has died aged 49.

Instantly recognisable for his fluorescent spiked hair and incendiary performances, the musician sang lead vocals on both the band's number one singles, Breathe and Firestarter.

He was found dead at his home in Dunmow, Essex, on Monday morning.

Likewise, Prodigy was not on my standard rotation list, but I did like to listen to them from time to time; also, because it annoyed other people when I did so... :D

Prodigy was sort of like the angry white version of hip hop and, although not everyone's cuppa, they did explore sounds that were interesting and worth noting...

Fifty-four is a young age and to die at one's own hand makes it all the more tragic...

I don't know what made you check out, Keith, but I hope you have found peace now...
