SOLVED > see post below!

I've initialized the 4 Bearings Tutorial (by choosing in the main menu).
Then I started the corresponding Historical Mission > Four Bearings.

The script is running and I can go through the first parts without any problems.

Then the tutorial starts to TC to sync the tutorial timewise. This process ends up nowhere (Please wait....).

Watching YT videos of this tutorial and also having read an old thread, the tutorial should start at 23.00 and should TC to 3.00 am when "the action starts".

But actually the "Four Bearings Historical Mission" starts at "14 hours" (in-game this is 13.00).

TC drops to 1x at around 16.00 as there is contact to a merchant ship. I can manually increase TC to 64x and get another contact 2 hours later.

So I never get to 3.00 am in the morning by the script itself.

I've had a look at the tutorial script and it is clearly set to TC by factor 512 until 3.00 am and then to drop to factor 32 until 3.10 am, finally dropping to 1x when the tutorial is supposed to continue.

As the historical mission time is way off of this time schedule, it just doesn't work. I tried to set the starting time of the historical mission to 23.00 but when doing so the script fails to initialize.

Any ideas?

enable this (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=3329) one at the end of your modlist and will work

I downloaded the patch for the mod as listed above, and it was a 7z file. I created a folder so JGSME would recognize it and put the file in the folder. Installed it with no changes noticed.

I was able to change the game time and actual time to 0100, which makes the time show up in game as 0000, and 0100 on the stopwatch. After that I was able to get the tutorial perform as it should.

Although I have yet to play it out and see if all the rest of the compressions, and bearings line up with what the game is doing.

The downloaded file needs extracting. Use this https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
Then install with jgsme

Hi guys!

I was having the same issue than the original poster and I have done what Trevally recommended (downloaded the mod and installed it) but, although mission starts now at 2300 and the script uses TC to get it to 0310 (as expected), when we do the first hydrophone check, official doesn't found anything.

I'm using WoS and have activated the Tutorial's mod via JSGME. I'm using Historical Mission "Four Bearings" for the tutorial, also.

Thanks for your help! :)
