I think my save is broke.

I had a really good patrol where I ran into some large merchants and a convoy and received command of the type VIIB U-Boat. But now every time I try to start a patrol, the game crashes. Is there any way to fix it?

You have gone to the Officer to start a new mission and your game crashes trying to load this new mission?

In your last patrol were you loading your game from manual saved games that you made or from automatic saved games?

Crashing on loading patrol. I was crashing a lot in the patrol before I docked too. And I was loading manual saves I made myself.

Hi Skarmy
I was crashing a lot in the patrol before I docked too. TWoS is 100% ctd free.

The SteelViking mod has not been authenticated AFAIK as being compatible with TWoS and is the most likely cause of your problem.
As you are in the bunker it will be easy to disable the mod and test whether this is the cause of your problem.
If still crashing disable all mods and retest.
