Works. Perfectly. Best baguette rcipe I ever tried, I just did it (though with Itaian Tipo-00 flour).

Bakers in Münster usually are not good, and getting baguette in Germany to buy? FORGET IT.
I yum-yumed one loaf without anything, in one munch, and now work on finishing the second, with various spreads. Super. I have superb olive oil, Salakis, good Aceto Balsamico. Heaven can be so easily had!
Yes, its more time consuming to do it like he describes. But the taste shows where that time went to. Yes, the kitchen is a mess, flour everywhere. I will do it again, however.
He has several bread recipes, and there is ciabatta as well, I try that one next. I love the teast of fresh, good bread. To me, it is a delicatesse. If you want to get into a war with me in no time, tell me how unhealthy it is and that it damages the climate to grow corns, that new diat demands not to eat bread, grains in general, etc etc and blablabla.
