Looked into this when the watch crew didn't have gear on in a howler. Came across how to make them put it on via sending below, etc. and also the file that controls it.
Re the file; by lowering the numbers involved, they'd put the gear on sooner, correct ?
I'm not concerned with the deck or AA guns.
