I could be wrong, but I believe that the answer to your question would be no. Hospital ships are already included in TMO on the Japanese side. If you've ever seen a Neutral Convoy listed while on patrol that convoy most likely has a hospital ship in it somewhere. :03:

Well, to tell the truth, neither have I. But I have seen the Ultras on them giving course and speed.. :D :up:
