Trouble with Steibler 4C_V16B1 patch [Archive]

I have tried to implement Steibler 4C_V16B1 patch on top of H.sie V16B1 patch as per instructions.

Using LSH 2015

What I get is this message

the game freezes on loading screen with the load bar almost full BUT it doesn't CTDs

Any help is appreciated

It has mods like Smoke on the horizon , or abandon Uboat or Weather meter which I didn't find in LSH3.

Am I doing something wrong?

UPDATE

When I replaced the modded menu_1024 file with the original menu_1024 from LSH3 the game loaded.
So the mistake must be in there somewhere.

I will keep searching and let you know.

UPDATE No 2
With the standard menu_1024 from LSH3 I managed to activate

1. The abandon Uboat mod

2. The change patrol grid mod (with a slight problem : I can not see incoming messages with M button)

3. Weather indicator to cover the hull integrity : FAILED it requires lots of changes in menu_1024 file and I can not find the error YET. But I will.

Collateral failures : Dials in the right bottom corner have altered (easy to fix)
Fuel level indicator not working properly (hopefully easy to fix)

More to came as the patrol continues.

I really don't know how this happened but the weather meter works

I am still running patrol No4 so I can not make any changes to files.
