Interesting, I first thought it was a WW2 mine that broke free of its anchor chain but who knows.


EDIT: Further reading makes me believe it was a old mine that broke free of its chain.

Zoinks! I was gunna go with the PRC. I made a DW campaign, where China invades Taiwan. In an opening move, I had them attack Pudget Sound shipping by mining. I'll put my crystal ball away now.
