Honestly we see this all the time. Just a couple of days ago while sitting in the car I watched a young mother walk by, pushing a pram, toddler beside her, completely engrossed in her phone.

I was thinking then how sad that instead of spending this precious time talking with her child about what was all around them, she was lost in her stupid-arsed world of social media.

But that kid could've run under a bus and she wouldn't have noticed

I have never understood the need to be on a smart phone 24/7. People are being controlled by their smart phones that or smart phones are like a drug and they are hooked on them.
