Phhhhhhhhhhhhhtttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt...... ..totally out of control IMO. Charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor? Hell, in the early 70's my mother would give me $1.00 US to get two packs of cigarettes at the local drug store. Yes, the times have changed. Not for the better IMO.
