Hi guys,

I'm trying to understand how to edit .obj files with a 3D editor (I use 3D builder in my case).
So I modified it successfully but when I import the edited .obj file into a .dat file with Silent 3ditor, the model appears a lot bigger ! : o

For me, not that I do much in the way of 3D work, the easiest to use to resize something is Misfit Model 3D (http://www.misfitcode.com/misfitmodel3d/) (thanks to Hitman). Open the obj file, and then I use the Model menu, Transform Model, and the Scale tab of that, where you can set the scaling in the X, Y, & Z, along with choosing the whole model, or just what you selected. The difficult part for me is figuring out how much to resize. Skwasjer or someone once mentioned the scaling factor of S3Ditor (http://s3d.skwas.com) and the game, as compared to most 3D apps, but I cannot remember where I saw the info... :salute:
