You must not read anything, just look at it. Once glance should tell you all there is to know.

I need bigger monitors. I literally cannot get a full screen shot of all of the known issues
Practically not one patch this months without issues, not for W10, not for W7. But a price raise announced? Somebody should send the Air Force over to Redmont, i think, flattening their HQ. They have lost any conctact to reality.
I think this month'S patch armageddon is the worst I have exprienced so far, worse than the desastrous month of January with all that Spectre 1/2 and microcode stuff. It gets worse and worse, no end in sight.
Two days ago, somebody issued this threat:
>>>Microsoft is implementing a new cloud-based logic for the Windows Update system, in order to avoid unexpected updates when you really need to get work done on your computer. The update utilizes a predictive model that will improve over time in order to better understand when you are going to use your device. This way, Windows can make sure it’s not disrupting your work and install the update when you are actually expecting it to. It will consider contextual things like if you were currently using your device before restarting or try to predict when you move from your device to grab a coffee, etc.<<< LINK (https://www.askwoody.com/2018/hassan-windows-10-wont-waste-your-time-with-unexpected-updates-anymore/)
Thats a threat in my book, not an announcement. More of their brilliant ####, inclduing cloud and AI and external control and AI judgement of what is good for me.
Worse and worse and worse and worse it gets. Microsoft's idea of the uniworse.
