Fighting Steel : tutorial to run it on Windows 10

Hi everybody!

I've been tinkering with this dgVoodoo2, but I couldn't make it to show the game full-screen in 4:3 ratio (always stretched to 16:9)

But still this is the best solution I've been told to run this old game since it stopped working because of my NVIDIA graphic cards very long ago.
